Honey Massage to Burn Belly Fat Fast
1. Honey with Essential Oils
- Mix 2 teaspoons of honey and drops of lemon essential oil, 2 drops mint oil and 2 drops of lavender essential oil.
- Massage on clean fatty areas for 15 minutes.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Bath normally.
- Alternately, you can choose any essential oil of your choice.
- Repeat 3 times a week.
2. Honey with Coffee
- Add 2 teaspoons of coffee granules to 1 tablespoon honey.
- Massage the mixture on clean fatty areas for 15 minutes.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes.

3. Honey with Aloe Vera and Mayonnaise
This method is effective in reducing belly fat.
- Scoop out gel from aloe vera leaf.
